I first started with a plain box.
Step1: When completing the technique you use one of the colors as a base coat of paint, or regular acrylic paint.
Step2: You then need a base coat of some kind to apply to the project.
Step 3: Once that is dry (if you use verday as a base, needs to dry for at least an hour), sponge on more VerDay paint randomly, and while that is wet, spray the hell out of it with the patina spray. Let dry!
Here is pictures as I worked through the process of doing this technique.
I like to have my piece to have a modeled texture and once I have completed all the steps I place glad cling wrap over the project as it dries. You don't want to leave it on there the whole time as it dries as you don't want it to stick to the project.

I then wanted to finish it off with embellishments, accents and flowers. My good friend Michael assisted me with helpful suggestions to use flowers and really pleased how this turned out.
