Tim Holtz- September 12 tags of 2014

The September tim holtz 12 tags of 2014 is really cool tag that allows you escape through a creative journey.

This tag incorporated alcohol inks and the use of several new products he released this year. They were CMS179 stampset and decorative strip die butterfly frenzy.


Here is me gathering up my supplies to begin this fun tag...



This was a great tag to make as it pushed my boundaries with the use of alcohol inks. This tag also expanded me as an artist in trying different techniques, styles and challenged my creative mind.


Here is my finished tag and so happy with how it turned out.

Special tag made for a friend

In September I made this tag for a a member that is in a craft group I am in. I made the following tag for Shirley Henry.

I made this tag to help lift her spirits and gave her some goodies.

So glad she loved and this tag showcased my style and love of using the sewing machine.

Kevin's Birthday card 2014

Kevin is a dear friend and the partner of my bestie Michael.  It has been a long standing joke calling him piggy.   Over the years we have bought him many pig themed items.  I thought it was only fitting to finally make him a birthday card that also proudly displayed a pig theme.


I made the following card that I had received in a kit from an online company.
